Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Anand Rajan #6603 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast burst with standout speed-zone output Anand covered 0.30 km in 2:02, averaging 6:52 min/km. He also logged 16 Speed Zone passes, a notable activity stat alongside the short effort. In a field of 5,624, he placed 324th in the mens 3135 category. This was part of Run The Wharfs Canary Wharf evening setup, known for its closed-road city-centre atmosphere. For coaching purposes, the key takeaway is that this effort was very short, so the most useful benchmark here is the 6:52 min/km average over 0.30 km. A longer recorded distance next time would give a clearer view of pacing consistency and endurance.
