Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Will Greed #6218 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick effort with sharp early speed He covered 0.30 km in 1:23, averaging 4:42/km. That is a short effort, but the pace was strong and well above everyday running speed. Among 5,624 participants, he finished 908th overall, 592nd among men, and 178th in the mens 2630 division. This was part of Run The Wharfs evening Canary Wharf event, known for its fast closed-road city-centre setting. The standout stat here is the pace: sustaining 4:42/km over 300 metres shows good speed. For future efforts in this format, the next step would be focusing on maintaining that speed over a longer distance to turn quick turnover into a stronger overall result.
