Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Tara Newbery #6477 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Top-10 age-group finish with standout speed-zone result Tara covered 0.30 km in 1:30, averaging 5:07 min/km. She placed 10th in the Female 4650 division, 346th among women, and 1421st overall out of 5624 participants. That age-group placing stands out most strongly here. A notable stat from the event data is 28 runners passed in the On Speed Zone, showing good short-section execution. With the race set in Canary Wharfs fast evening atmosphere, this result combined efficient pacing with a competitive division finish. For future efforts, extending that speed-zone strength across a longer section of the course could help lift overall position further.
