Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Kieron Smart #6358 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Quick burst with strong speed-zone output Kieron covered 0.30 km in 1:28, averaging 4:59/km. He recorded 25 speed-zone passes, a notable stat from this short effort, showing quick turnover over a brief distance. Against 5,624 participants, this was a compact, high-intensity run rather than a longer pacing test. At 31, in the mens 3135 category, this performance points to sharp top-end speed in the Friday Night Lights Canary Wharf setting. For future efforts of this type, the main coaching focus would be sustaining that speed across a longer distance if the goal is to convert raw pace into stronger full-course results.
