That age-group result is the clearest standout from this effort. This was logged in the On Speed Zone at Run The Wharf, the Canary Wharf evening event built around a fast closed-road 5K atmosphere. For such a short segment, the key marker is speed: sustaining 3:01 min/km and converting it into a top-20 overall finish is a strong return.
