Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Tom Evans #6217 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Elite speed through the zone Tom covered 0.30 km in 1:13, averaging 4:09/km. He passed 11 runners in the On Speed Zone, a sharp return for a short all-out segment. Against 5,624 participants, he placed 438th overall, 260th among men, and 55th in the male 1825 division. This was a brief effort, so the key stat is speed: sustaining 4:09/km over 300 metres shows strong acceleration and good top-end pace. A useful next step would be to focus on holding that speed a little longer in training, which could improve his standing further in short, fast sections like this Canary Wharf run.
