Date: Sept. 3, 2026 Participant: Amy Kibblewhite #5434 Race: 2026 Run The Wharf On Speed Zone

Fast pace and strong passing in a short effort Amy covered 0.30 km in 1:28, averaging 4:58/km. She passed 33 runners in the On Speed Zone, a notable gain rate over such a short segment. Against 5,624 participants, she placed 282nd female and 96th in the female 2630 category. This was a brief, high-speed effort rather than a full race distance, so the key stat is the pace: sub-5:00/km across 0.30 km. That shows good speed on a closed-road evening course through Canary Wharf. A useful next step would be extending that pace across a longer segment to turn this speed into more sustained race performance.
