Consistent Progress and Strong Finish at the Surf City 10 Charlene Wang delivered an impressive performance in the 2026 Surf City 10, completing the 10-mile race with a steady pace progression. She started with a pace of 9:36 min/mile in the first mile, gradually quickening to an impressive 7:53 min/mile by the final mile. Her final time was 1:27:43, averaging an overall pace of 8:46 min/mile. Notably, Charlene improved her placement throughout the race, moving up from 1,149th overall after the first mile to finishing 806th. In her age group of females aged 30-34, she secured 46th place out of many competitors. Representing the Boba Blasters team, Charlene demonstrated a capability to maintain and accelerate her pace effectively as the race progressed.
