Steady Persistence Leads to a Strong Finish Nikko Aquino, running for Team Halo Halo, completed the 2026 Surf City 10 in a time of 2:14:12, covering the 10-miler at an average pace of 13:25 minutes per mile. Remarkably, his performance showed notable consistency with a strong finish across the board. His best split pace was at the starting mile, clocking in at an efficient 11:01 min/mile, which set a solid foundation for the race. Impressively, at Mile 3, Aquino managed one of his stronger relative performances, improving his placements to 2203 overall and 150th in his division. While his pace slightly slowed towards the end, his ability to maintain a place near 1251 for Mile 8 demonstrates resilience.
