Steady Improvement and Strong Finishes Danny Prieto delivered a solid performance at the 2026 Surf City 10. Starting strong with a first mile time of 6:19, Danny maintained a consistent pace throughout the 10-mile race, finishing with an overall time of 1:08:34 and an average pace of 6:51 min/mile. Notably, Danny's performance improved his position to 91st overall by the third mile, showing strong competition within his gender and division, specifically placing 11th in his division at that point. Even as Danny powered through the final miles, he managed to finish in the top 30% of his division, claiming the 21st spot in the M 35-39 age division out of a challenging competition field. Part of the LASD ELITE TEAM, Danny's dedication and effort shine through in his split times, demonstrating excellent stamina and control.
