Consistent Improvement Throughout the Race Jocelyne Rodriguez from Ontario, CA, participated in the 2026 Surf City 10, showcasing a steady and commendable performance in the 5K event. Starting strong, she completed her first mile in 17:26, ranking 791st in her gender.
