Consistent Pacing with a Strong Finish Manuel Argumedo maintained a steady pace throughout the race, with an impressive initial split near 9:24 min/mile. At 3 miles, he achieved the fastest split at 9:07 min/mile. His overall strategy on pacing helped him maintain a competitive edge early on, as evidenced by moving into 45th position in his division by the 3-mile mark. Towards the end, the pace slightly dipped, with a longer split from miles 6 to 7 at 11:53. Despite a gradual slowdown, Manuel pushed forward to complete the 10-Miler with an overall time of 1:40:45, securing the 63rd spot in mens division M 50-54. The results reflect Manuels ability to stay consistent and demonstrate stamina, especially as the race lengthened. Continuing to focus on maintaining the early race pace through the later miles may yield even stronger future performances. Great effort from the Run562 team member!
