Impressive Pace Comeback Amid Varied Splits Stacey Noonan, proudly representing Team Hardcore Fitness HB, delivered an impressive performance at the 2026 Surf City 10. Throughout the 10K event, she showcased a strong ability to adapt her pace. Stacey's average pace was a commendable 9:32 min/mile, completing the course in 59:11. Equally notable was her final position - 18th in her F 40-44 division out of a competitive field. Not only did she finish 462nd overall out of 2,818 participants, but she was also 130th among all female participants, demonstrating a delightful consistency and resilience. The splits show an interesting journey, highlighting her tenacity and strategic pacing. Starting with consistent mile splits of 9:10 for the first two miles, Stacey experienced a challenge at mile 3 with a 15:36 split but quickly recovered. By mile 4, she impressively increased her tempo to a 5:04 split, demonstrating her powerful recovery capabilities and strategic racing skills.
