Throughout the 10K event, she gained significant ground, improving her placing from 973 overall in the first mile to 709 by the race's end, showcasing strategic pacing. Notably, her fastest split was the sixth mile at a pace of 9:18 min/mile. Representing Restless Legs Syndrome, Carolina moved up through the field, repeatedly improving her position in both gender and division standings.
