Consistent Pacing and Steady Gains Liam Loftus ran an impressive race at the 2026 Surf City 10 Miler, finishing with a total time of 1:12:06. His performance showed remarkable consistency and endurance, maintaining an average pace of 7:12 min/mile throughout the 10-mile course. His first mile set a strong foundation at 6:57, while miles 2 through 7 saw slight variances ranging from 7:15 to 7:19 min/mile. A notable highlight was his last two miles, which he finished with an improved pace, ending with a strong 7:00 min/mile in the final mile. Occupying the 189th place out of 4391 male runners, Liam placed 46th in his age division of M 25-29.
