Motivated Performance with Strong Finish Natalie Flores of Ontario, CA delivered a consistent performance at the 2026 Surf City 10 5K event. The race began with a strong first mile paced at 14:07 min/mile. Natalie continued to maintain a steady pace with a second mile at 14:56 min/mile, showing a controlled and consistent effort. The last mile had a slight decrease in pace to 16:05 min/mile, but Natalie stayed determined, finishing with a solid time of 46:40. Natalie placed 80th in her F 40-44 division among 2148 participants and finished as part of the Horizon Oxygen & Medical Inc. team. Despite the pace changes, she managed to improve her position in the overall standings and gender category during the initial sections of the race.
