Starting strong with a mile split of 5:44, she set the tone for the race with precise pacing throughout. Her overall pace remained exceptionally consistent, averaging 5:58 min/mile, which is a testament to her endurance and training. Katie displayed dominance in her division, securing 1st place for females overall and in her age group, 25-29, which contributed to a remarkable overall standing of 16th out of 2818 participants. Her ability to slightly increase her pace towards the end of the race, finishing the final miles around the 5:57 min/mile mark, highlights her strength and focus. As a coach, I'd only suggest analyzing the minor pacing variances in the second mile as a potential area to optimize further. Overall, an outstanding race performance!
