Consistent Pace Throughout 10K Race Adam Colinayo from Lake Forest, CA participated in the 2026 Surf City 10 event, completing the 10K race with an overall time of 1:39:45, maintaining an average pace of 16:05 min/mile. Over the course of the race, Adam showed consistency in his pacing, beginning with a pace of 16:19 min/mile for the first mile and improving his speed in mile three to a swift 15:08 min/mile. His performance placed him 131st in the M 25-29 division out of 2818 total participants. Throughout each mile, Adam displayed steady pacing, particularly excelling between the second and third miles.
