Starting strong with an initial mile pace of 8:43, he maintained a steady pace, averaging 8:43 min/mile at the finish. Notably, his pace remained consistent, only varying by a few seconds per mile. David's strongest mile was his final one, completed in just 8:27. This consistency aided his movement from 848th place overall at the start to 791st at the finish, highlighting effective race strategies.
