Strong Start and Consistent Finish in 5K Race Evan Rosenblum from Tarzana, CA, achieved an impressive showing at the 2026 Surf City 10. Starting with a strong first-mile pace of 5:54, he quickly earned 22nd place overall, 19th among males, and 3rd in the M 45-49 division. This excellent early position set the stage for a consistent performance throughout the race. Evan maintained a steady pace, finishing with an overall time of 23:58 and an average pace of 7:44 min/mile. Notably, he held 6th place in his division by the race's conclusion. Though there was some decrease in pace after the first mile, Evan's resilience and consistency were commendable.
