Strong Start with Consistent Efforts Rogelio Padilla put forth a solid performance at the 2026 Surf City 10 Miler, showcasing a strong start with initial mile splits of 7:03 and 7:11. His pace was consistent, averaging 7:03 min/mile in the first mile and maintaining a similar pace through mile five. Inside his division, M 20-24, he peaked at 16th place overalla testament to his early efforts. Midway through the race, there was a notable shift in pace, with mile six clocking in at 8:03. This marked the start of a slower stretch, particularly at mile seven with a split pace of 9:13. However, Rogelio showed resilience, finishing with a commendable overall time of 1:16:42.
