Consistent Pace with a Strong Finish Jocelyn Sanchez from Corona, CA, participating in the 2026 Surf City 10K, showcased commendable consistency throughout. Starting strong, she completed the first mile in 11:32, placing 116th in her division. Despite a slower third mile of 19:45, she demonstrated resilience by pacing a remarkable 6:34 in her fourth mile, which improved her division rank to 97th. Ending with an overall time of 1:17:01 and an average pace of 12:25 min/mile, Jocelyn finished 147th in her division among 2818 participants.
