Consistent Improvement and Strong Finish Highlight the Run Daisy demonstrated consistent pacing throughout the 2026 Surf City 10, showing determination and endurance. Starting strong with an 11:05 min/mile pace in the initial mile, Daisy picked up speed and delivered her fastest split of 10:04 min/mile by the sixth mile. This impressive finish highlights her ability to maintain focus and energy, ultimately achieving an overall race pace of 10:52 min/mile. Within the Female 25-29 division, Daisy showed remarkable improvement, moving from the 97th place to finish 83rd. Her persistence and strategy were evident as she climbed the ranks from 1037th position overall at the first mile, finishing 940th out of 2818 participants. The collaboration with Prime Run Club might have contributed positively to her race tactics. For future races, working on sustaining the pace seen in mile three could yield further gains.
