Steady Performance with a Strong Start Matthew Caswell delivered a steady performance at the 2026 Surf City 10, showcasing consistent pacing throughout the 5K run. His strategic approach paid off in the second mile, where he improved his overall placement by moving up 73 spots overall and 34 spots among males. Although the final mile presented challenges, with a slightly slower pace of 13:15 min/mile, Matthew's determination was evident. He retained a solid position in his age division.
