With an overall time of 45:46 and an average pace of 7:23 min/mile, Samuel maintained impressive form, demonstrating his training efforts effectively. The first mile was clocked at 7:31, and despite slight fluctuations, he managed to keep each mile within a similar range, with the final mile seeing a strong split of 6:59. Samuel's ability to gain positions as the race progressed is worth noting, moving up from 101st to finish 78th overall. Notably, he achieved a 5-place improvement in his division, rising from 23rd to 18th among males aged 30-34.
