Consistent Pacing Delivers Impressive Finish Roosevelt Cook maintained an impressive and consistent pace throughout the 2026 Surf City 10-miler. Notably, his pacing saw little fluctuation, with the slowest mile at 5:52 min/mile at mile 5. Roosevelt's best mile was the last one, clocking in at a swift 5:08 min/mile. Roosevelt finished with a time of 54:15, showcasing his endurance and pacing strategy.
