Consistent Pacing Powers a Well-Balanced Sprint Effort Jamie's swim was a definite strength, clocking 18:34 to exit the water among the front of her field and setting up a clean transition onto the bike. On the ride, she averaged roughly 13.7 mph overall, but the real highlight came in the closing miles, where her pace surged to nearly 17 mph, showing strong finishing power on two wheels. Off the bike, Jamie settled into a steady rhythm on the run, holding close to a 9:39 per mile average across the course. She closed strong, dropping into the 9:30s over the final stretch and finishing with a burst of speed in the last tenth of a mile. Altogether, it was a well-rounded race with strength across all three disciplines and a bike leg that stood out as a particular bright spot.
