Solid All-Around Effort with a Strong Bike Leg Riley Beck completed the 2026 Spudman Olympic Triathlon in 2:38:29, built on a well-rounded set of splits. He exited the water in 19:48, transitioned quickly through T1 in just 4:03, and then powered through the bike leg at an average of roughly 18.4 mph over the course. A brisk 2:01 T2 kept momentum into the run, where he settled into a very consistent rhythm, holding between 8:27 and 8:44 per mile for most of the 6.2-mile leg before closing with an 8:30 pace over the final stretch. Looking at Rileys Spudman history, this result trails his standout 2025 performance of 2:18:55, which remains his fastest finish at this race. The bike split this year was strong, but the swim and run times were both a bit slower than his 2025 pace, suggesting that dialing in swim starts and early run cadence could help him close the gap toward that personal best in future races.
