A Strong Ride Fuels a Hard-Fought Olympic Finish Audri completed the Spudman Olympic Triathlon in 3:38:40, built on a steady swim and a bike leg that stood out as the days highlight. Averaging roughly 13.9 mph over the 24-mile ride, she found her best rhythm mid-course, cruising near 15.7 mph through one stretch a clear sign of strong power and efficient pacing once she settled in on the road. The run proved more of a grind, with her pace gradually easing over the final miles before she found a strong kick in the closing stretch, crossing the line with a quick final surge. Transitions were crisp, particularly T2 at under two minutes, helping keep her overall rhythm efficient. With a solid bike foundation now established, sharpening run consistency in the back half could be the next step toward an even stronger finish.
