A Strong Bike Leg Overshadowed by a Tough Run Jeffrey completed the Olympic distance in 3:30:31, exiting the water in 26:27 and moving through T1 in 5:33. His bike leg was a clear highlight, averaging roughly 16.7 mph and pushing him as high as 289th overall by the midpoint of the ride. T2 was efficient at 2:50, but the run told a different story a 1:28:08 split that saw his position slide from that peak of 289th all the way to 1,015th by the finish line. This result came in noticeably slower than his previous two Spudman finishes 2:59:24 in 2024 and 2:54:43 in 2025 with the run being the primary factor in the difference. Given how consistently strong his cycling has been across these races, some focused run training could help him bring his overall time back in line with his recent history.
