Steady Bike Effort Offset by a Tougher Run Leg Coleena tackled the Olympic-distance Spudman with a swim split of 39:41, followed by a quick 4:17 T1. Her bike leg was the highlight of the day, covering the course at roughly 15.4 mph and moving her up into the top third of the field at multiple checkpoints along the ride. A crisp 3:21 T2 kept the transition efficient before heading out onto the run. The run proved to be the more difficult segment, with per-mile pace drifting from the 15:30s early on to the high 17s and 18s later in the leg, contributing to a finishing time of 4:07:18about 35 minutes slower than her 2025 Olympic result at Spudman. Given the strength shown on the bike, some focused run-specific endurance work could help her close that gap and post a faster overall time next time out.
