Consistent Pacing Highlights a Hard-Fought Olympic Finish Rebecca completed the Olympic distance in 5:04:14, placing 467th among women and 14th in her 55-59 division. Her swim was efficient at 29:31, and she carried strong momentum onto the bike, averaging roughly 11.3 mph over the 24.4-mile ride. The run, covering about 6.2 miles, came in at a steady pace near 19:08 per mile, reflecting solid endurance after a full day of racing.
