Strong Bike Leg Fuels Solid Olympic Finish Trevor turned in a well-rounded Olympic distance performance, anchored by a standout bike split. Covering the bike course at roughly 17.7 mph, he climbed from 447th place after the swim to as high as 219th during the ridean impressive surge that showed real strength on two wheels. His swim was steady, and his transitions were efficient, particularly T1 at just over four minutes. The run told a slightly different story, with pacing that gradually eased from the mid-9:00s per mile early on to over 10:30 per mile by the final stretch. Given the strength shown on the bike, dedicating some training focus to holding run pace deeper into the race could help him convert that bike fitness into an even stronger overall finish next time. Overall, a well-executed race with a clear breakout leg to build on.
