A Determined Finish Across Every Discipline Jordan Henderson completed the 2026 Spudman Olympic Triathlon in 4:18:34, finishing 992nd among men and 137th in the 35-39 age group out of a large field of nearly 2,000 athletes. He exited the Snake River swim in 35:42, transitioned in 5:50, then logged a bike split of 1:59:17 averaging roughly 12.3 mph over the course. A sharp 2:29 T2 kept momentum going into the run, where he covered the final stretch in 1:35:16. Compared to his 2023 Spudman finish of 3:27:52, this year's result came in about 51 minutes slower, with declines across each segment relative to that previous performance. The quick transitions, especially T2, stand out as a strength to build on. Sharpening bike speed and run pacing could be key focus areas as Jordan looks to close the gap toward his 2023 form in future races.
