A Powerful Bike Leg Drives a Near-Personal-Best Performance Kyra Johnson closed out her third Spudman Olympic Triathlon in 3:37:22, marking her second-fastest finish at this race and a significant improvement over her 2024 time of 3:54:18. She placed 281st among 987 female finishers and 44th in her competitive division, continuing to show steady improvement in this event over multiple seasons. Johnson's bike leg was the highlight of her day, covering the course at an average of roughly 13.1 mph and helping her climb through the field significantly during that stretch. Her swim came in at 31:08, and she followed with a 58:33 run to close out the race. Transition times were efficient, with T1 in 8:33 and T2 in 7:42, rounding out a well-balanced overall performance across all three disciplines.
