Strong Bike Split Powers Solid Sprint Finish Alli Harper completed the Spudman Sprint Triathlon in 1:56:09, finishing 206th overall out of 570 and 27th in her 30-39 female division. Her swim came in at 20:19, followed by a bike leg where she covered the course at a strong pace of roughly 14.6 mph, clocking 50:58one of the stronger segments of her race relative to the field, moving her up into the 181st position at one point during the bike leg. After a swift transition into the run, Alli posted a 33:31 split, closing out her race with consistent effort. Her overall placement and steady pacing across all three disciplines reflect a well-balanced performance. Moving forward, focusing on transition times, particularly T1, could help shave off a bit more time and improve her overall standing in future races.
