Steady Bike Split Powers Solid Sprint Finish Tara Webb completed the 2026 Spudman Sprint Triathlon in American Falls, Idaho, finishing 190th overall out of 570 athletes and 13th in her 40-49 age division. Her race was defined by a strong, consistent bike leg, where she averaged roughly 14.6 mph and climbed as high as 7th in her division during the middle miles of the coursea clear high point in her day. Tara's swim and run were both solid, workmanlike efforts that kept her in the middle of the pack throughout the race. Her transitions were efficient, particularly T2, which helped her carry momentum into the run. For her next race, focusing on maintaining the strength she showed on the bike into the run leg could help her climb further in the standings, as her overall placement improved steadily as the bike progressed.
