Strong Bike Split Powers a Balanced Sprint Effort Skyler Higginson crossed the finish line in 1:55:54, placing 204th overall out of 570 athletes and 27th in the competitive 20-29 age group. He opened with a steady swim across the 0.61-mile course, setting up a well-rounded day of racing. The bike leg stood out, where Skyler averaged an impressive 15.2 mph over 12.45 miles, moving him up several spots in the standings. His run showed some variation in rhythm starting strong with a 10:51 mile pace, dipping to 13:33 mid-run, then closing with a solid 10:48 pace over the final stretch. Overall, a well-executed race with a clear strength on the bike and room to find more consistency on the run.
