Age-Group Champion Delivers a Powerful All-Around Performance Ethan Adams turned in an outstanding Olympic-distance performance, finishing 6th overall out of 1,987 athletes and capturing the 19-24 age group title. After a solid swim, he transitioned quickly and set the tone for the day with a strong bike leg, averaging roughly 23.7 mph over the coursea key driver in his overall result, moving him into the top 10 by T2. He carried that momentum into the run, holding a steady pace in the 6:30-6:50 per mile range for most of the leg, even negative-splitting portions late in the race. His consistency across all three disciplines, especially the bike-to-run transition, points to well-rounded fitness. With a finishing time of 2:06:17, Ethan not only claimed the division win but also posted a performance that would be worth building on for future podium pushes overall.
