Bike Strength Fuels a Steady Sprint Performance Kenny Nielsen turned in a well-rounded sprint effort, highlighted by a strong bike leg where he averaged roughly 18 mph and climbed to 24th among men at the bike dismount. His swim was efficient and set up a quick transition, and he carried solid running form through the back half of the course, closing with a sharp final surge in the last few hundred meters. Compared to his 2025 Spudman sprint result, this year's overall time was a bit slower, but his cycling split remained a clear strength, consistently placing him inside the top 25 of the men's field. Finishing 7th in the 30-39 age group, Kenny's results show a rider-first profile an area of specialty worth building on for even faster T1/T2 transitions and negative-split running work in future races.
