Balanced Effort Fuels Solid Sprint Finish Lincoln Call completed the Spudman Sprint Triathlon in 2:08:14, placing 305th overall out of 570 finishers and 32nd in the Male 1-19 division. He opened with a 24:59 swim on the Snake Rivers current-assisted course, then moved efficiently through T1 in 5:45 to get onto the bike. The bike leg proved to be his strongest segment, covering the roughly 11.3-mile course in 59:11 for an average speed of about 11.5 mph. A snappy 2:46 T2 transition kept his momentum rolling into the run, where he closed out the 5k in 35:35, holding a steady pace near 11:26 per mile. Across all three disciplines, Lincoln showed consistent pacing with no major drop-offs, a great foundation to build additional bike speed and run turnover for future races.
