A Well-Rounded Performance Built on a Strong Bike Leg Ryan Wade completed the Olympic-distance course at Spudman in 4:05:13, finishing 1346th overall among 1987 finishers and 959th in the men's division. He came out of the water in 37:58, then moved through a 7:08 first transition before settling into the bike leg, where he averaged roughly 14.0 mph over 25.36 miles. Wade's cycling showed strong variability, climbing to nearly 15.7 mph through the middle miles before easing pace toward the bike finish.
