Strong Bike Leg Anchors a Solid Sprint Finish Brad Christensen completed the 2026 Spudman Sprint Triathlon in 2:19:05, finishing 364th overall out of 570 participants and 16th in the mens 60-69 division. He came out of the swim in a strong position, ranking 6th in his division after the opening leg, and carried that momentum into a quick transition before hitting the bike course. The bike leg was the highlight of Brads race, where he averaged nearly 13.9 mph, helping him move up through the field. After a smooth T2, the run proved tougher, as his pace gradually eased over the final miles, dropping him several spots in the standings. For future races, maintaining more consistent effort in the back half of the run could help him hold onto the strong positioning he built on the bike.
