Consistent Bike Power Anchors a Well-Balanced Finish Jackson Shubin delivered a strong all-around performance at the Olympic distance, highlighted by a bike leg that averaged roughly 18.1 mph across the 25-mile course. Two standout mid-ride segments saw him push closer to 19.5 mph, showing real strength on the flatter stretches before settling into a steadier rhythm for the remainder of the ride. Off the bike, Jackson held a fairly consistent pace through most of the run, working in the 9:5810:51 min/mile range before a slight fade in the closing miles. His transitions were sharp too 4:06 in T1 and just 3:31 in T2 helping keep the overall race efficient. Altogether, it was a well-rounded effort across all three disciplines, anchored by a clear bike strength.
