Strong Bike Leg Powers Solid Sprint Finish Jenalyn Roe completed the 2026 Spudman Sprint Triathlon in 1:56:16, placing 210th overall out of 570 finishers and 95th among female competitors. Within her 20-29 age division, she finished 24th, showing a well-rounded performance across all three disciplines. Her bike leg stood out as a highlight, covering roughly 11.3 miles in just under 51 minutes for an average speed of about 13.4 mph a pace that steadily moved her up the field, climbing from 216th to 198th overall during the ride. The run followed with a consistent effort, holding close to a 10:30/mile pace over the final miles.
