Consistent Bike Power Fuels Solid Olympic Effort Johanne opened with a 28:18 swim before moving through T1 in just over four minutes. On the bike, she averaged roughly 13.6 mph across the 24-mile leg, with her strongest surge coming through the middle miles, where she pushed closer to 15 mpha clear sign of smart pacing and growing strength as the ride progressed. The run settled into a steady rhythm, opening with a sharp 9:03 first mile before easing into a consistent low-10:00 pace over the remaining six miles. She crossed the finish line in 3:22:42, good for 27th in the 30-34 division and 206th among women overalla well-balanced showing across all three disciplines.
