Bike Strength Fuels a Well-Rounded Olympic Debut Logan Armstrong, 25, of Pocatello, ID, completed the 2026 Spudman Olympic Triathlon in 2:35:36, finishing 113th overall out of 1,987 athletes, 101st among men, and 10th in the competitive 25-29 age group. It was a balanced performance across all three disciplines, with steady pacing that moved him up the field as the race progressedhe climbed from 232nd after the swim to 113th by the finish. The bike leg stood out as his strongest segment, where he averaged close to 19.6 mph and moved into the top 70 at one point during the ride. His run showed solid consistency, holding in the 8:15-9:15 per mile range over the closing miles, which helped him secure his final position.
