Strong Bike Push Fuels a Solid Return to Spudman Joshua Bisnett delivered a strong overall performance at his third Spudman Olympic Triathlon, finishing in 3:10:49 quicker than his 2023 result, though a bit off his 2025 personal best. His swim was efficient, and he moved briskly through T1 into a bike leg that averaged nearly 18.8 mph. A standout mid-ride stretch saw him surge into the top 75 competitors overall, showcasing real strength on two wheels. The run told a different story. Joshua opened strong with a 12:35 pace, but by the closing miles his pace drifted toward 14:3014:40, costing him ground in the standings as the run progressed. Even so, his three-year track record at Spudman shows clear progress. Tightening up pacing in the back half of the run could be the key to challenging his 2025 personal best next season.
