Bike Strength Fuels a Mid-Pack Breakthrough Aisa finished 308th overall out of 570 athletes, placing 155th among women and 30th in her 40-49 division. The bike leg was clearly her strongest asset, averaging roughly 14.3 mph and pushing her from a post-swim rank of 381st overall up into the 150s at one pointa jump of over 200 spots. That momentum carried into a standout run stretch between miles 13.8 and 14.8, where she surged to 70th overall and 4th in her division for that segment alone. The swim leg was comparatively slower relative to the field, and both transitions ran near 6:35 each, presenting a clear opportunity to shave time with quicker transition work. Overall, a well-rounded sprint effort with a bike leg and a strong mid-run kick worth building on.
