Consistent Bike Power Highlights a Season-Best Finish Position Timothy Daniels completed the 2026 Spudman Olympic Triathlon in 2:59:40, placing 489th overall out of 1,987 finishers. While his overall time was about nine minutes slower than his 2:50:10 finish at the 2025 event, he actually improved his overall placement by more than 100 spots, a sign of solid, competitive racing in a deeper field this year. The bike course was where Timothy shined, covering roughly 24.4 miles at an average of about 18.5 mph a clear strength in his race. His run leg followed at a steady pace near 10:02 per mile, showing good composure late in the event. One area worth tightening up is his T1 transition, which took 8:25, notably longer than his 4:00 T2 split, and could offer a quick way to shave time off future results.
